How to Redirect if question is not found on QNA

If a user types a question that is not set on the qna, I would like the user to get a message, then gets redirected to another node.

example

user : qwerty1234
bot : Am sorry, i did not understand your question . Talk to a live agent ?

How can i do this on QNA?

Hi there!

There’s currently no built-in way to know if the user is asking a question. Your best bet would be to check if the NLU has picked any intents/QnAs and if not you could use the HITL (human in the loop) module to notify your agent. You can read more about this here: https://botpress.io/docs//docs/10.50/recipes/hitl/

I hope it helps.
Cheers,

If not , I could create a node that redirects to the agent…Right?
Thats how i want to do it.

The problem is, I have no idea on how to make that transition. I already have a ( talk to agent node ) which redirects to HITL module…

what am lacking is, how i can make that transition possible…

How should i redirect, if there is no intent picked?

Then, I think your only option would be to use Intents instead of QnA, this way you could create a node that uses the “Intent is” as a transition condition and redirect to your agent node if no intent is matched.

Sounds good?

This worked  Thank you
